Research Experience:
  • Submitted Ph.D thesis entitled "Exploring the Nuances of Inner Freedom and Self-Perception - A polemical study of Margaret Laurence's Fiction" by Aug 2012, and was awarded in April 2013.
  • Submitted M.Phil thesis entitled "Redemptive Power of Love: A study of select novels of Shashi Deshpande" in March, 2005 and was awarded in August 2005.
Research Guidance:

Acharya Nagarjuna University recognized very few people as research supervisors in English and I am one among them for which received an appointment order in April 2014. At present three scholars are working for Ph.D under my guidance.

  • Attended two -day Faculty Development Programme on Soft Skills during 16th - 17th March 2009 at R.V.R.& J.C.C.E, Guntur.
  • Attended UGC's five-day workshop on "Capacity Building of Women Manager's in Higher Education" at Hyderabad from 27th Sep, to 1st Oct, 2010.
  • Attended UGC sponsored five-day Training of the Trainers Workshop on Capacity Building of Women Manager's in Higher Education at Tirupati from 19th - 24th Jan 2012.

Co-curricular contribution:

At R.V.R. & J.C.C.E worked for Autonomous brochure, Silver Jubilee Souvenir, conducting various literary events successfully by acting as judge within the institution and have been invited by various institutions namely Vignan University, VVIT, K.L.U, B.W.C (Bapatla) on several occasions to adjudge participants in 'Hindu E plus Club' and other literary competitions. I am always at the disposal of several professors and H.O.D's in supporting them to cater to the needs of the organization.
